你是在哪个功能里面加载失败，
不同类型、不同大小图片都会出现失败吗？还是特定的图片不行？
状态是什么样子，可以截图发一下看看。
方便的话重新安装，清空模型目录全部重新下载看看。
模型目录：C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Photo AI\models

139的模型是不是有问题，总是加载失败，有解决办法吗？大大

我安装在D盘，但是汉化文件默认解压在C盘，解压后不知道汉化文件是哪个了，现在软件启动后是英文的
